CEO Dominick L. Harris
Dominick L. Harris is the CEO of Tricky Trio Dom Media Group, leading content, branding, and media initiatives with a focus on innovation and growth. A 2024 graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Sociology, he combines creative vision, strategic leadership, and a nationally recognized athletic background to build brands, develop partnerships, and drive business success.
About Dr. Shawn Harris, Ph.D.
Experience
Dr. Shawn Harris, Ph.D. is an executive leader, educator, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and community advocate with more than 20 years of experience in athletic administration, organizational development, and student success. A native of Berlin, Maryland, he is the CEO of Firm Grip Consulting Group and Founder of Driven Over Given Inc.
As a former Dean of Athletics, Dr. Harris transformed a two-sport club program into a nationally recognized NAIA athletics department with 26 teams, more than 70 coaches, and nearly 500 student-athletes. Under his leadership, the program achieved 47 championships, including 27 conference and 8 national titles, while increasing enrollment by 220% and significantly improving academic performance.
A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Prince Hall Freemasonry, Dr. Harris is committed to leadership, service, and community impact. Through his consulting and nonprofit work, he helps institutions strengthen enrollment, athletics, student success, and community engagement while creating opportunities that empower individuals and families to thrive.
